Building Tcl/Tk Support
Before you continue with this chapter, you must make sure ActiveTcl
has been installed, and the file R-1.6.0/src/gnuwin32/MkRules
has been modified with the path to your Tcl directory.
Then you just need to type:
make tcl
under the directory R-1.6.0/src/gnuwin32/.
