CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE
TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS,
YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO DOWNLOAD OR USE THE SOFTWARE IN ANY MANNER.
- LICENCE TO USE. You are
granted a non-exclusive licence, for non-commercial use only, of the
accompanying Software (CHAOS FOR JAVA).
- RESTRICTIONS. The Software
is confidential and copyright. Title to the Software and all associated
intellectual property rights is retained by the author. Copyright ©1999-2003
Brian Davies.
- MODIFICATION. Unless enforcement
is prohibited by applicable law, or as permitted under clause 6 of the
LGPL
licence, in respect of LGPL libraries, you may not modify, decompile,
or reverse engineer the Software.
- REDISTRIBUTION. You are
granted permission to redistribute the softwareunder this licence, provided
that it is complete and accompanied by this Licence Agreement and all
other associated documentation and licences.
- INSTALLATION SCRIPTS.
If the Software is provided with installation scripts, then permission
is granted to modify those scripts to allow the Software to be installed
on a particular computer or class of computers. Permission is also granted
to redistribute such modified scripts, providedthat all changes are
documented.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
The Software is provided "AS IS", with no warranty of any kind, including
the warranty of design, merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.
- INTERPRETATION. This Licence
Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory
excluding those provisions related to conflict of laws.
- TERMINATION. This Agreement
is effective until terminated by you. You may terminate this Agreement
at any time by destroying all copies of the Software.
