Exploring Chaos - the Exercises

One of the book's reviewers says: "The book truly is about exploring chaos, hands-on. [..] exercises at the end of each section allow the student to get an intuitive feel for such topics as the dynamics of one and two dimensional maps, including [...] both discrete and continuous systems [...].
There are no "solutions to exercises" in the book; commentary and hints for selected exercises are available from this page. I believe that actually doing exercises is a vital part of the learning process - having complete worked solutions would be counter-productive.

"Commentary on selected exercises" is formatted as an (unpublished) "Appendix E" to the book. You may need Adobe Reader to read it.

Note that the paperback edition has been significantly revised, particularly to reflect and incorporate enhancement of the software with which the book is integrated. For this reason, the numbering system used in this download does not always correspond exactly with the 1999 hard cover edition.
