You will find Thredbo in the beautiful Kosciuszko National Park with the Thredbo River meandering through its heart. Thredbo is a compact village with all the city services but in a magic high country location. The people are friendly and the range of activities vast.
February is the best month to visit Thredbo in summer. The average daily max temp is 20.8 and the average daily min is 6.8, providing a refreshing and envigourating environment. The average monthly rainfall is only 86.6mm, the lowest monthly average for the year. The wildflowers are still abundant in the alpine meadows and the fish are biting!
