Further Cases Of Dirichlet Series Analogues Of q-Series
Geoffrey B. Campbell
Abstract:
In ealier papers by the author [5-7] classes of Dirichlet series
based on analogues of q-series were introduced. Examples given
were the so-named D-binomial series, Dirichlet series analogues of
the q-Gauss formula, q-Kummer, and the q-Dixon sums.
Our notation was suggestive of the relation to a multidimensional divisor
function in the Dirichlet series coefficients. The D-analogues
were later shown by the author in [7], to be representative of two
separate classes of results. Our current paper gives further
D-series
analogues of q-series in which the finite Euler product
is taken to arrive at the summations.
