Positive Difference Operators On General Meshes

Abstract:
Following our previous work on linear difference operators on cubic meshes,
we treat
positive operators on general discrete sets in Euclidean space. In this
generality, we
prove maximum principles, Harnack inequalities, Hölder estimates and
Liouville
theorems.
