On an open problem of Bethuel Brezis and H E Lein concerning the Ginzburg Landau functional

Abstract: We describe the asymptotical behaviour for minimizers of a Ginzburg-Landau functional $\int [\frac 1 2 |\nabla u|^2+\frac 1{4\varepsilon^2}(1-|u|^2)^2W]\,dx$.
