Maximum Principles For Curvature Quotient Equations

Abstract:
We derive estimates for the magnitude of solutions of equations determined by
quotients of mean curvature functions, extending and refining previous
estimates for
higher order mean curvature equations. Our proofs use the recent isoperimetric
inequalities for quermassintegrals obtained by the author.
