Annual Workshop on Mathematical Physics

Australian National University, 10-11 December
Kioloa, 12-14 December

The Annual Workshop on Mathematical Physics in 2007 has two components
  • Annual Statistical Mechanics Meeting (ANU, 10-11 December)
  • Mathematical Physics Workshop (Kioloa, NSW, 12-14 December)

The annual Statistical Mechanics Meeting, covering the usual range of topics related to statistical mechanics, will be held at the ANU on Monday Dec 10 and the morning of Tuesday Dec 11. On Tuesday afternoon a shuttle bus will be organized to take Workshop participants from Canberra to Kioloa on the NSW South Coast. Accommodation will be at the Kioloa Beach Holiday Park. Lectures will take place in the Kioloa Community Centre from Wednesday through Friday.

The return bus will depart for Canberra on the morning of Saturday Dec 15.

The Kioloa Beach Holiday Park has up to 30 self-contained cabins including kitchen, living area and two or more bedrooms. This accommodation will be provided for Workshop participants on a shared basis. Participants wishing to arrange individual cabins should contact the organisers for details. Catering (excluding breakfast) will also be provided as part of the workshop funding.
