2004 Special Year for Probability and its Applications

The year 2004 was a Special Year for Probability and its Applications within the Mathematical Sciences Institute. The following events were held:

• CMA National Research Symposium - A Celebration of Modelling and Applied Probability
  in honour of Joe Gani's 80th birthday
  14 - 15 December 2004
  
• CMA National Research Symposium on Probability Theory and its Applications
  in honour of Chris Heyde's 65th birthday
  22 - 23 April 2004
