Arrival and departure times are essential for accommodation requirements. B. Participants will be notified individually about their accommodation. C. Some time has been allocated in the program for contributed talks. Please indicate if you would like to give such a contribution. A partial list of titles and abstracts is given at the above web address. Many participants still need to send us their title and abstract. A tentative program will appear at the end of this week. D. The proceedings of the conference will be published as a special issue of Journal of Statistical Physics. Manuscripts should be submitted to Paul Pearce by the deadline of 31 March 2000. The manuscripts will be refereed as per normal J. Stat. Phys. practice. All manuscripts should be prepared following the usual instructions to authors for submission to J. Stat. Phys. These instructions can be found in the journal or on the net at: http://www.wkap.nl/journalhome.htm/0022-4715 In particular, hard-copy manuscripts should be submitted in triplicate with double spacing and a separate set of figures, figure and table caption pages, abstract and key words. Electronic submissions should include both the source and a .ps file. Contributing authors will receive a copy of the special issue. E. There will be an informal reception at the Liversidge Court Apartments from 4.30pm on Sunday Feb 13. F. The Conference Dinner will be held at the Gundaroo Pub on the night of Wednesday Feb 16. The cost, including transport and some drinks, is $35 per head. The Gundaroo Pub is well known for its steak. Vegetarians will be catered for upon request. Please indicate if you will attend. G. There will be a registration fee of Aus$120 for the meeting. This fee will be waived for invited speakers and students. The proceedings volume will be free to contributing authors and those paying the registration fee. Participants wanting to order a copy of the proceedings, or additional copies for contributing authors, may pay in advance at the registration desk (Aus $60).
